TITAN CCA

The Titan CCA is the newest member of Progression's family of on-line analyzers and is specifically designed to help coal miners, coal-fired generating stations and other industrial coal and coke users. Some of the basic functions include measuring moisture content and energy content through NMR spectroscopy. To provide more advanced data, the Titan CCA can be scaled to include parameters such as total carbon content, sulfur, total ash content and ash constituents without changing the footprint or disrupting plant operations.

MAGNEPULSE AT

The MagnePulse AT, was designed for multi-element mineral analysis of inorganic process streams in mining and processing facilities. Solids, liquids, and slurries can be measured in real-time to provide valuable feedback to plant control operators.

MAGMODULE II

The MagModule II NMR analyzer has the ability to measure multiple nuclei including hydrogen, fluorine and phosphorus. Its unique ability to provide solutions in a variety of industries is a testimony to the versatile platform on which it was conceived. It can be utilized in the polymer industry to measure morphological properties of polymers and can be outfitted as an on-line fluorine analyzer.

MAGSTATION II

The MagStation II NMR analyzer is part of the world-renowned range of NMR spectroscopy products from Progression. It provides off-line measurements and ensures quality control for scalable method development. The MagStation II is the only NMR analysis system suited for advanced material analysis. Its' ability to analyze hydrogen, fluorine, phosphorous and lithium can be used for assurance of quality control and for research and development.

MAGSTATION LITE

The MagStation Lite process NMR Analyzer provides superior industrial performance in a compact and affordable package. The MagStation Lite accurately measures hydrogen, phosphorus, and fluorine using NMR spectrometry with no manual sample preparation required.

iPULSE

Progression's iPulse provides on-line, real-time elemental analysis of minerals, ores and slurries. The iPulse utilizes process control technology based on LIBS (Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy).

MASS FLOW (MFM3100)

The Correflow®MFM3100® electronic flow meter has broad applications throughout the chemical, petroleum, and polymer industries. This is the only in-line, real-time fluid flow meter to measure velocity, concentration, and mass flow of each component in various two-phase mixtures.

CORREFLUX 3420 - The Correflux3420® carryover electrostatic probe detects process upsets by measuring increases in the quantity of entrained particles in gas recycle and discharge lines. This real-time feedback allows for optimization of gas flows and other process conditions and also helps protect downstream equipment.

CORRESTAT 3410

The Correstat 3410 electrostatic probe monitors conditions within gas phase reactors. With real-time measurements, process stability can be improved and shutdowns avoided.

ESM3400

The ESM3400 examines interactions in fluidized bed gas phase reactors and pneumatic conveying systems in real-time. These reactor probes give early warning of otherwise undetectable electrostatic changes that can result in operational problems and reactor shutdowns.
